To cancel your monthly subscription plan, just let your Client Support Specialist know before your next billing cycle. If you’ve already been billed, your cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle.
Using robust time tracking software, we track the time used down to the second. Clients receive weekly reports detailing the amount of time used and what your Virtual Assistant has been working on. If you would like to see a report more often, just let your Ninja know. Your Ninja will make sure to alert you well before you are close to using up your subscribed hours.
If you run out of time during a billing cycle, you can add hours, as needed. The charge is slightly higher per hour, depending on your plan. You can upgrade your subscription plan with more hours at any time.
